1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to Canada and select countries in North America. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

4. Worldwide Shipping

Silco Brand ships to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping rates will vary based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment notification.


6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized or high-value items. Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship your order to your address, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [support@silcobrand.com] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen packages: Silco Brand is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with your local carrier or checking with neighbors.

8. Returns & Refunds
